Jordan McKenzie Britton, age 25, of Duchesne, left this world unexpectedly on November 14, 2025.
She was born December 4, 1999, in Salt Lake City, to Denny and Norma Booth Britton. She graduated a year early from Hunter High School
Jordan was a bubbly and chipper person who was always hugging and kissing on everyone. She was also headstrong, always got her way, was spontaneous, well organized, and a bit of a “tom boy.” She was the heart and the anchor of the family. She loved her animals, her favorites being her dogs, “Frost” & “Winter”, and her cats, “Loki,” “Cosmos,” & “O’Ryan.” She was a talented drawing artist, enjoyed listening to music and watching anime, and did many crafts. She was a Wiccan, and believed in crystals and lighting candles. Some of her favorite things were dried seaweed and mixing all of the fountain sodas together. Her nickname for her sister was, “Pomeranian.” She was very loved and will be deeply missed.
Jordan is survived by her parents, Denny Britton, West Valley City; Norma Britton (Michael Jorgenen), Grantsville; siblings, Madison (Bryan Umphenour) Britton, Myton; Raely Leija (Kaleb Nieberger), West Jordan; Ethan Leija, Grantsville; two nieces, three nephews, and three more on the way; and grandmother, Carla (Bernard) Mass, West Valley City.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Buddy Booth, Gary Doty, Sr., and Maxine Ledkins.
Per her wishes, she was cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
