Jordan Tyler "Bub" Elliott, age 32, of London, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 20, 2025. He was born on February 3, 1993, in Laurel County, Kentucky, the beloved son of Scott Elliott and Darlene Clontz Elliott, both of London.

Jordan is also survived by his loving aunt, Tammy; uncles, Gerald (Myria), Dean (Wendy), Stevie (Tracy), Mark (Christina), Jerry (Gloria), Austin (Christina), Frankie, and Rick (Amy); along with many cousins he grew up with and cherished like siblings - Chelsea, Haley, Taylor, Megan, Brandy, Brooke, Bethany, Ashley, Jessica, Kendra, Trey, Trent, Kennedy, and Cody. He also leaves behind his faithful fur babies, Broox, Blackie, and Stumpy, as well as a host of other family members, friends, colleagues, and students who mourn his passing.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Millard and Elsie Clontz and Austin and Carol Jean Elliott; his great-uncle, Frank Elliott; and uncles, Steve Elliott and Dave Justen.

Jordan was a proud graduate of South Laurel High School, Class of 2011, and went on to earn his bachelor's degree in Sports Management from the University of the Cumberlands in 2015. He was a dedicated teacher at Knox County Schools, where his students affectionately knew him as Coach J. In addition to teaching, Jordan also coached middle/high school football, a role he loved and one that allowed him to inspire and encourage countless young athletes both on and off the field.

He had a passion for history and the Bible and was a member of Sunshine Hills Baptist Church in London. A true sports enthusiast, Jordan was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys, Chicago Cubs, and Nebraska Cornhuskers. Known for his humor, kindness, and love for others, "Bub" will forever be remembered for his generous heart, contagious smile, and the lasting impact he made on everyone who knew him.
