Jordan Gabree Obituary
He was born in Burlington on May 15, 1997 to Mark and Rene (Hubbard) Gabree.
Jordan attended Highgate Schools and graduated from Missisquoi Valley Union High School in 2015 with high honors. He continued his education, making his entire family proud and graduating with a bachelor's degree from St. Michaels College and a master's degree from Champlain College. Not only was Jordan smart, but he was also kind, funny and could light up the room with his humor without even trying. He was also a genuinely great person, with a huge heart, the kind of friend who would give you the shirt off his back. Jordan loved spending time with the love of his life, Hamara and his faithful canine companion, Korra.
He is survived by his parents, Mark Gabree of Swanton, and Rene Gabree of Little Elm, TX; siblings, Ashlan Gabree, Hailey Gabree, Colby Gabree, and Mila Sierra of Little Elm, TX; grandparents, Lerinda Parah and her husband John of Fairfield, Marc Gabree Sr. of Swanton, and Glenn Hubbard of St. Albans; special aunt, Amber LaFar of Swanton and Cheyanne Hubbard of St. Albans; uncles, Shawn Gabree of Swanton, and Marc "Buggers" Gabree of Highgate; numerous cousins; the love of his life, Hamara Mubarak; his faithful canine companion, Korra; and lots of special friends. Jordan was predeceased by his maternal great grandparents, Doris and Frank Hubbard; paternal great grandfather, Pearley Gabree; and uncle, Patrick Marshia.
Family and friends are invited to Jordan's Life Celebration to include Visitation on Saturday, August 14, 2021, from 3-5:00 PM at the Goss Life Celebration Home, 89 Grand Ave., Swanton, VT 05488.
For those who wish, donations in Jordan's memory may be made to The Goss Life Celebration Home, 89 Grand Ave., Swanton, VT to help with funeral expenses.
