Jordan Alexander Hill

Jordan "J-Bird" Alexander Hill, born in the city of Norfolk, Virginia, on July 6, 2008, to Reneequa Spencer and Darnell Epps.
He was a student at Maury High School and enjoyed being among friends. He was passionate about working, sports, music, and dedicated volunteer. Jordan loved spending time with family and friends while being a protective big brother to his siblings. Jordan had so much charisma and high hopes, a good kid. If you ever met Jordan, his smile lit up a room. Just his warm and inviting personality inspired his friends and siblings. Jordan was well-loved and received by many.
He was intelligent and talented. He brought joy to anyone he encountered. To know Jordan was to love him. Jordan accepted Christ at an early age and carried God's love with him throughout his life.
He will be remembered most for his beautiful smile, his kindness, and his ability to bring unforgettable moments filled with laughter and warmth. He touched countless lives during his short time on earth. Jordan was the essence of love in the bond between his mother and siblings. Though our arms can no longer hold him, our hearts will forever carry him.
His memory will be cherished by his mother, Reneequa Spencer, his father, Darnell Epps, his siblings, Nakia Platt, Messiah Platt, Syncere Spencer, Quatavious Reid, Dareion Foreman, De'Asia Alexander, Jazelle Philyaw, Jazmyn Philyaw, and Noelle Epps; his maternal grandparents, Maria Spencer and Steve Bristow; and honorary grandmother, Nikki Williams; his paternal grandmother, Theresa Epps; a special great-grandmother, Mary Spencer; two favorite uncles, Charmein Epps and Shaiqui Spencer, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.
