Jorge Santos, age 84 of Camden, passed away peacefully at his home in Camden on January 1, 2025. He was born on October 26, 1940 in Villalba, Puerto Rico.
Beloved husband of Lydia "Taty" (nee Matos); Devoted father of Jorge Santos Jr. (Walesca), and Basilia Santos-Hilton (Greg); Loving grandfather of Jorge Yadiel, Yadiles, Zabdial, Gregory; and great grandfather of Yadielis, Nicole and Gia Luna; Dear brother of Wilfredo, Carlos, Luis, Nelson and Edith.
Jorge worked for many years as a corrections officer at the Camden County Jail in Camden. He was an avid bowler and baseball player in his youth. He loved all sports, but especially continued his love for baseball. He also enjoyed going crabbing.
Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation and Funeral on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 from 9 to 11 AM at the Falco/Caruso & Leonard Pennsauken Funeral Home, 6600 N. Browning Road, where a Funeral Service will be held at 11AM. Interment will follow at Arlington Cemetery in Pennsauken.
