Jose E. Garcia, born September 7, 1945 in Donna, Texas to parents Jose Marcos Garcia Pena and Soledad Espinoza Cerna, went to be with our Lord February 24, 2025 at the age of 79. Jose was preceded in death by his father, Jose Marcos Garcia Pena; mother, Soledad Espinoza Cerna; brothers, Jose Crispin Garcia and Guadencio Garcia. He is survived by his wife, Angelina C. Garcia; sons, Jose Angel Garcia, Leroy Garcia, Christopher Garcia; daughter, Jacqueline Rodriguez; sisters, Leonor Garcia, Alicia Hernandez, Aurea Garcia; daugher-in-laws, Miriame Garcia, Paula Torres; son-in-law, John Rodriguez; 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Jose was happily married for 54 years. He had a great love for music and tequila. Our fondest memories are of him and his jokes that were never ending. Jose enjoyed watching western and black and white movies. His vast knowledge of tools and carpentry words cannot describe. There was nothing he couldn't fix. There were so many more qualities that will be missed.
