Our Condolences to the Family for your loss. Joe was a wonder friend and co-worker at Laughlin Air Force Base. He was always courteous. and helpful to anyone. We will miss his smiles and laughter. Our love to the family and may Joe R.I.P. God bless you and hold you family in peace.
