Jose Angel Martinez

Jose Angel Martinez, aged 55, passed away at his home in Chicago. He was born on May 22, 1969 in Lake Forest, Illinois to Angel and Letty Martinez. He grew up in North Chicago, Illinois and spent the majority of his life there. He attended Holy Rosary School and North Chicago High School. He worked for various businesses and companies in the area, including The Lake County News Sun and JST Corporation. He enjoyed socializing with friends, watching tv and movies, going to concerts, and listening to Prince music. He faced many challenges in life, but was still able to be kind, social, humorous, and resourceful. He always wanted to live for the moment as he felt tomorrow was not guaranteed. He is survived by his mother, Letty, his younger brother, Narci, and his younger sister, Lidia. A memorial service is planned for Sunday April 13, 2025 from 1-5 pm at Caring Cremations 3521 N Pulaski Rd Chicago, IL 60641.
