Hijo de Eutiqueo Ramírez y Juana Morales.
Don José Carmen Ramírez Morales fue un católico devoto, cuya fe fue una parte integral de su vida. Estuvo activamente involucrado en la iglesia de su pueblo natal, Margaritas-J. Gómez Portugal, donde fue muy querido por su comunidad. Todos los días, a las 3 pm, oraba a la Divina Misericordia.
Le sobreviven sus hijos, Josefina Ramírez Pacheco, Jorge Ramírez Pacheco y Carmelo Ramírez Pacheco, y 11 nietos.

Don José Carmen Ramírez Morales, born on November 26, 1923 in Huimilpan, Querétaro, was reunited with his late wife, Zeverina Pacheco Baltazar, in heaven on August 2, 2024.
Son of Eutiqueo Ramírez and Juana Morales.
Don José Carmen Ramírez Morales was a devout Catholic, whose faith was an integral part of his life. He was actively involved in the church in his hometown, Margaritas-J. Gómez Portugal, where he was very loved by his community. Every day, at 3 pm, he prayed to Divine Mercy.
He is survived by his children, Josefina Ramírez Pacheco, Jorge Ramírez Pacheco and Carmelo Ramírez Pacheco, and 11 grandchildren.
Funeral services:
Visitation: August 12 at Jeter and Son, 4830 W. Illinois Ave., Dallas, Texas, 75211.
Rosary: August 12 at 5:30 pm at Jeter & Son.
Funeral Mass: Tuesday, August 13 at 10 am in
Our Lady of San Juan de Los Lagos- St. Theresa.
