Joe was a wonderful man! I enjoyed being in his company. The past 5 years, I was honored to give him pedicures in his lovely home in Harwich Port. I will smile when I recall our great conversations! Joe was a blessing in my life. Truly.

I will miss stopping in and saying hello while walking past his home in Harwich Port. Often Joe would be taking a walk or just getting his mail at his mail box. He was such a warm and caring gentleman, interesting to sit with and reminisce about the village and the past. I am so glad the Harwich Port Stroll magazine shared a wonderful story on his life. I will think of Joe every time I go by his home. To the family, know that he is with you and in our hearts.

Joe was a very dear friend of my father, my mother and our family. He was an amazing man. I will miss our visits and hearing stories about his shenanigans with my father.
My deepest condolences to his family and all those that also loved Joe.

Uncle Joe, Many fond and funny memories over the years.
I remember the Campbell visits to Florida for a New Years celebration bbq on the beach and he would call everyone wishing them a Happy New Year and rubbing in the warm temperature.
He visited me in college at a home football game. We tailgated and then caught a full bus up to the stadium for the game. We were crammed in like sardines, mostly military officers and us. All of sudden I hear Uncle Joe saying " ok who had onions on their hamburger?"
I will miss his annual birthday call.
Thank you for your service
Blessings to all from his nephew, fellow veteran and member in good standing of the Lexington Yacht Club.

To the Campbell family,
I had the honor of meeting your Dad a couple of years ago. Marcia, thank you so much for introducing me to your Dad! His legacy of service to his country, love of his family, kindness to everyone he met, and his wonderful sense of humor was a gift he shared with everyone he met. My heart aches for the loss to your family. He was a very special man!
