Joseph Carp, of Warminster, Bucks County, passed away February 4, 2026 at the age of 95.
Husband of the late Marilyn Carp (nee Kessler). Father of Noah (Risa) Carp and Abbe Carp. "Pop-pop" to Ari and Rebecca Carp. "Joey" was also the twin brother to Helene Roth (Morris z"l), and "Uncle Joey" to Michael Roth (Helene), Alan Roth (Cindi), and Sandi Kirschner (Ken), as well as their children.
Joe was born in Philadelphia on April 5, 1930, the son of Nathan "Mike" and Anna Carp. He graduated from Temple University after serving in the U.S. Army, and worked as an accountant, retiring just before his 80th birthday. His two greatest loves were his family and Judaism. Joe's quiet kindness and bright smile brought joy and comfort to all fortunate to be in his presence. Joe also enjoyed spending time outside and appreciated the beauty of nature throughout his life.
Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral Services on Sunday, February 8, at 1:30 PM at Goldsteins’ Rosenberg’s Funeral Directors Suburban North, 310 2nd Street Pike, Southampton, PA 18966. Services will be available via livestream. Following the service, Joe will be interred at Har Nebo Cemetery. Shiva will be observed at Temple Sinai in Dresher and will continue in Massachusetts at the home of Noah and Risa Carp. Contributions in Joe’s memory may be made to Ann's Choice Benevolent Care Fund, Ann's Choice, 30000 Ann's Choice Way, Warminster, PA 18974, or to Temple Sinai, 1401 Limekiln Pike, Dresher, Pennsylvania 19025.
