Joseph P. DiCicco, age 65, of Hillsdale, passed away on Thursday, September 4, 2025, at Trinity Hospital in Ann Arbor. He was born on April 28, 1960, in Detroit, to Andrew and Mary (Persichini) DiCicco. He married Teddi Deland on September 15, 1984, and she survives.
Joe graduated from Redford Union High School and went on to receive his associate's degree in engineering from Henry Ford Community College. He worked as a senior project manager at Gallagher-Kaiser Corporation. Joe had a deep love for the outdoors, where he spent much of his time hunting and fishing. He was equally devoted to his passion for restoring and maintaining his cherished 428 Mach 1 Super Cobra Jet. Joe was a hardworking man who always put his family above all else.
Joe is survived by his wife of 40 years, Teddi; four children, Tom (Amanda) DiCicco, Emily DiCicco, Tad (Emily) DiCicco, and Elle DiCicco; five grandchildren, Taylor, Addyson, Olivia, Oliver, and Jayce; and four siblings, Larry (Debbie) DiCicco, Tom (Rhonda) DiCicco, Mary Ann (Tom) Myers, and Nancy (Jim) Holloway.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A visitation for Joe DiCicco will take place on Sunday, September 7, 2025, from 3:00 – 5:00 PM at the Eagle Funeral Home in Jonesville.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Arbor Day Foundation to plant a tree in his memory.
