Joseph was born on March 9th, 1987, to the late Ms. Juliette Jones and the late Mr. Joseph C. Hopkins, Sr. He was adopted by Ms. Thelma Dingle in 1995, after being in her care since 1990. Joseph attended Utica City School District.
He is survived by his adoptive mother, Ms. Thelma Dingle; grandmother, Ms. Francis Styles; brothers, Mr. Marc (Vanessa) Dingle, Mr. Michael Jones, Mr. Khiry Wilkinson, and Mr. Joseph Hodge; sisters, Ms. Shaneil Hodge and Ms. Elaine Hodge; four children; and a host of Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, Nieces, and Nephews. He will be missed, loved, and remembered by all of his family and friends.
Service will be held at Friedel, Williams & Edmunds Funeral and Cremation Services, 1123 Court @ York Streets, Utica, on Jan. 23rd, 2023 at 4:00 pm. Calling hours will be from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm prior to the service.
