Joseph Eric Edstrom 86 of Carlisle, PA., passed away on January 26, 2026, at Cumberland Crossings.
He was born on Tuesday January 31, 1939, in Brooklyn, NY to Eric H. and Alice T. (Coyne) Edstrom.
Joseph was a member of St. Patrick Church in Carlisle. He spent his working career in banking as the vice president of banking operations.
He is survived by his children: Lisa Edstrom of Newark, DE., Deborah Hart of Newark, DE., and Eric Joseph Edstrom (Lisa) of Cummings, GA., Rob Curley (Charlene) of New Jersey and Karen Curley-Vick (Terrance) of New Jersey , grandchildren: Douglas Hart (Jessica) and David Hart both of Newark, DE., Robbie Curley and Colette Curly both of New Jersey and a great granddaughter Harper Hart.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Charles Axel Edstrom and sister Charlotte Dehlia Julbe.
Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00am on Wednesday February 4, 2026 at St. Patrick Catholic Church 85 Marsh Drive Carlisle, PA 17015. A visitation will be held from 10:00am until the time of the service at the church. Burial will follow in St. Patrick Cemetery. Father Chiedozie F. Ononuju will be officiating the service.
