my Mississippi River college fishing pal Joe
Joe and I were in the same college class in Iowa. One weekend we took a camping trip with a couple of girls to the Mississippi River just south of McGregor Iowa., I rowed the boat with Joe in it across the Mississippi to fish in Wisconsin waters. It got dark and I rowed the boat back across the river when a huge barge being pushed by a tug boat almost ran us over.
my college fishing pal Joe Frangella must have carried his love for fishing throughout his entire life he was photographed last year with a fishing rod in his hand. Joe never stopped fishing
Joe owned a sign company in Alsip Illinois and majored in Chemistry in college.
