Joseph Richard Hunyady

Joseph Richard Hunyady, age 55, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 16th, 2023 in his mother's home, surrounded by his family and friends. Joseph was born April 12th, 1968 in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania to Joseph H. Hunyady and Rose Marie Jacobs. He is the oldest of 4 siblings. He loved antiques and his knife collection. On weekends he would travel all over to many flea markets and set up to sell his findings. He had an online website with a unique name, "Take a stab and collectibles". Joey was a good son, great big brother and a loyal friend to many. He is survived by is mother Rose Marie Madni and step-father Tariq Madni of Montclair, Va., brothers Tim Hunyady and Johnny Hunyady and his sister Carrie Hunyady and numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
A Memorial Service will be held November 29th, 2023 at Mountcastle Turch Funeral Home beginning at 2PM.
Joe will be remembered for his kind heart and his unwavering generosity. You will forever be in our hearts.
