Joseph H. Dill, age 86, left this world to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, November 9, 2025, at his home in Coweta, Oklahoma.

He was born June 9, 1939, in Coweta, Oklahoma, a son of the late David and Hermy Dill.

Joseph “Joe” was a 1957 graduate of Coweta High School. He would soon meet and marry the love of his life, Anita Flanagan, in 1960. In June of this year, they celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary. He worked several jobs in the Tulsa area, before moving back to the farm to do what he loved in 1974. He served as a deacon at Sunnyside Baptist Church in Broken Arrow. He was always doing things for others and setting an example of Jesus’s love. Joe had a love for the outdoors and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He enjoyed spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his two brothers, Paul Dill and Edward Dill, and sister, Naomi Masterson.

He is survived by his wife, Anita Dill; his three children and their spouses, Stephen and Darla Dill, Tammy and Gene Traylor, and Gregory and Melissa Dill; eleven grandchildren, Joshua Withers, Kristen Clemons, Jeffrey Withers, Jeremy Withers, Natalie Dill, Emilee Dill, Gracelyn Dill, Ethan Dill, Eli Dill, Tyler Dill, and Noah Dill; seven great grandchildren; his sister, Ruby Wilkinson; and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be from 6:00 – 8:00 PM on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at Brown Funeral Home in Coweta, Oklahoma.
