Joseph “Joey” Payne Jr., 67, of Maceo, passed away Monday, October 6, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born February 22, 1958, to the late Joseph and Joyce Payne.
Joey was well regarded for his supportive and caring nature. He dedicated much of his life to his family, finding joy in every moment spent with them. In addition to his parents, Joey is preceded in death by a sister, Pamela Ann Payne.
Those left to cherish his memory include his children, Alexis Nichole Payne, Landon Colby Payne and Adam Tyler Payne (Mary Mackenzie); siblings, Karen Goetz, Tammy Tucker (Joey), Jeffrey Payne (Teresa) and Michelle Lankster (Bo).
The funeral service for Joey will be 2 PM Thursday, October 9, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Visitation will be from 10 AM until time of service at the funeral home.
