How can we possibly explain what Joe's meant to us. Such a "Happy go lucky" man..always making everyone who knew him laugh. What a sweet man, father and grandfather. Joe was loved by everyone who knew him. Always laughing, smiling and making the very best of his life. A perfect of example of how we should go thru life everyday. With our live and prayers, Ken and Jo Ann and Ann Belcher
