He was born on November 18th in Kittery, Maine in 1965 to Joseph LaClair and Shirley M. Hill. Joseph attended Clarence High School (New York) before his lifelong vocation in various fields of work; private contracting and manual labor, utility work in home and restaurant, crabbing, and more. He was a devoted father and husband.
Joseph was preceded in death by his mother, Shirley M. Hill, and is survived by his father, Joseph LaClair; his wife, Katherine LaClair; his 2 sisters; and his children, stepchildren, and grandchildren.
