I have known Joe & his beautiful wife Darleen for over 22 + years. I first met the at an Amvets meeting. I served under Joe as Eastern Region Commander when he was the State Commander. He was a great guy not only to serve with, but as a great friend. I not only Respected him & Daleen, but considered them both family. Smoothe sailing & Fair Winds as you report to our Supreme Commander for your new assignment. God Bless. I will sadly miss you. Yhis is not goodbye, but we will see each other again.

My cousin that I shared many good times with growing up. I remember his swimming meets, and his entry into the Coast Gard. I am so sorry I did not get back to Pa from Az to see him before this. RIP, you will be in my heart forever! God Bless you and Dar.

Joe became a good friend and mentor for me in the American Legion. Joe also helped Dist.13 celebrate 100 year anniversary at the island in sch. haven. He will be missed dearly by all veterans who knew is dedication for the American Legion. God bless his family . I'm sure he joined the Lords Honor Guard
