I was so sad to learn of his passing. He was a regular at our store and truly one of those people who left an impression. He was talkative, animated, and full of energy, always with a funny story or an interesting conversation to share. In a time when people rarely stop to really talk to strangers, he did-and he did it effortlessly. He brought such a positive, lively presence into the room, and I always enjoyed seeing him come through the door. He will be missed, and I feel grateful to have known him, even in that everyday way that ends up meaning more than you realize.

So sorry to hear about Joe. He was a Great guy. Helped my wife and I out numerous times buying houses. He was an expert on real estate. We used to see him at Wilson´s auction on Wednesdays. Always offering to help however he could. I gave him a street red light one time. He loved it. I hear it was still hanging in his office.

Joe and I grew up together on the same street Arlington Ave. Milmont park..
He lived with Mr. And Mrs Tuskin and I believe he was one of their many foster children...
He did well for himself despite his rough beginnings. He also employed my cousin for years as one of his real estate agents..
so sorry to hear this I ran into him many times and knew each other from days from long ago!!
So sad to see so many moving on as we are all meeting our own fate too someday!! Rest in peace Joe you were always a happy person remembered by all!!

Sad to hear. Joe was one of the few Realtors in Aston as long as me. Our offices were 2 blocks apart so I saw him often, we worked on a couple sales together. He was always friendly ! Bill Finigan

Joe you will truly be missed.
We always enjoyed seeing him at local Auctions and Flea Markets. He was always willing to offer a helping hand and sharing his knowledge of antiques and collectables.
REST in PEACE Joe.
