Left to cherish his memory are his mom and step-dad; three children; nine grandchildren; three siblings; maternal grandpa; and his significant other. In addition to his dad, Joe was preceded in death by his daughter Kayla Runie; and his other grandparents.
In accordance with Joe's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service to celebrate his life will take place at 1 p.m. Friday, June 13, 2025 at Floyd Church of God, 1015 West Chippewa River Road. His family asks that you dress casually or wear camo in honor of Joe. Those planning an expression of sympathy are asked to consider any cancer treatment fund of the donor's choosing or plant a tree in Joe's memory.
