Joseph E. Morin, age 67, passed away on May 7, 2025. Known for his deep passion for cars and his unwavering loyalty to the Philadelphia Eagles, Joe lived life on his own terms-fiercely independent, hands-on, and always chasing the next project.
As an automotive lover and in the auto body industry by trade, Joe brought damaged vehicles back to life with a craftsman's skill and a perfectionist's eye. He took pride in his work and loved the challenge of restoring something to its former glory. For him, cars were more than machines-they were stories waiting to be told.
Joe found joy in the simple things: a well-tuned engine, the sound of a game-day kickoff, and time spent working on a car. His life was marked by hard work, strong opinions, and an enduring commitment to what he loved most.
He had a natural gift for making friends-his straightforward charm, quick wit, and willingness to lend a hand earned him many loyal friendships over the years. Whether it was a neighbor, coworker, or someone he just met, Joe had a way of connecting with people and leaving a lasting impression.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alice and Arthur Morin, and his brothers Arthur Morin, Allen Morin, and Jimmy Morin.
He is survived by his children, Jenna Alexander (Robert) and Joshua Morin; his partner, Joyce Baume, and the Baume family; his nephew Michael Morin; and his nieces Lori Morin and Lisa Chinappi, who remember him in their own ways and carry forward pieces of his legacy in their daily lives.
Drive on, Joe. May you find peace on the open road ahead.
In lieu of a formal service, the family invites those who knew Joe to honor his memory in a personal way-perhaps by watching an Eagles game, taking a drive with the windows down, or appreciating a classic car.
