Joseph Francis Pascale, age 48, of San Jose, California, passed away on June 3, 2025. He was born on March 22, 1977, in Pocatello, Idaho, to Lucille Pascale (Boule) and the late Joseph Vincent Pascale. Joe was a devoted husband, father, son, brother-in-law, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend who touched the lives of everyone he met. Known for his infectious smile that could light up any room, his contagious energy, and his unwavering support for those around him, Joe had an incredible ability to bring people together, lift morale, and inspire those in his presence. He set high standards for himself and those he cared for, always encouraging others to reach their full potential. Joe was fiercely devoted to his family and took immense pride in his wife and children and the life they built together.

After earning a BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing from The Ohio State University, Joe pursued a successful 25-year career in the semiconductor industry. He began in a Tactical Marketing Engineer role at Chartered Semiconductor and navigated the company through various transformations, ultimately serving as the Senior Director of Sales, US West at Global Foundries. At work, Joe was admired as a leader who found joy and humor even in the toughest challenges. He brought fun and levity when others needed it most and inspired his colleagues to grow and excel. His optimism, realism, and wisdom earned him the respect of all who worked with him.

Outside of work, Joe's passions were just as vibrant. He loved fishing, boating across the Cape Cod Bay, traveling, cheering on The Ohio State Buckeyes football team, watching movies, listening to music, and, most importantly, spending quality time with his family. Joe's love for his family was unmatched, and his pride in his children was evident in everything he did. Joe's generous nature was boundless-whether it was family, a friend or a stranger in need, he was always ready to lend a helping hand or provide support when it was needed most.

Joe is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Katie Pascale (McGinnis); his beloved children, Joseph Jeffrey, Sophie Lauren, and Hailey Madison; and his mother, Lucille Pascale. He is also remembered fondly by countless relatives, friends, and colleagues who will forever cherish his memory.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, July 28, 2025, at 10am at St. Mary's Church, Williams Street at Spring Street in Newport, Rhode Island.

Following Mass, family & friends are invited to join the procession to the Chapel at St. Columba Catholic Cemetery, 465 Browns Ln, Middletown, RI, for Katie and Joseph J.'s remembrances and committal prayers with Fr. Sauriol. Please note that the burial site will be reserved and limited to immediate family.

Joe will be deeply missed and forever cherished by all who knew him. His love, laughter, and light will continue to shine in the hearts of his family and friends.
