Joseph Peraino Obituary
Joseph was born on September 1, 1936 in Detroit, Michigan and died on September 12, 2021 at the age of 85; he was of Brownstown Twp. Beloved husband of 57 years to Pauline (nee: Todaro). Loving dad of Marie (Tim) Johnson and Jim (Fran) Peraino. Proud papa of David Dzialo and Brittany Dzialo. Also survived by many other loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents James and Maria (nee: Catalano) Peraino, three sisters and two brothers. Joseph proudly served his country in the United States Army and was retired from Ford Motor Company; he loved bowling, playing horseshoes, bocce ball and going to the casino. Visitation is on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 from 3 pm to 9 pm at The Allen Park Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes, 10915 Allen Rd (Corner of Goddard). The funeral service is on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at 11 am at the funeral home; Chaplain Frederick R. Cislo, Jr. will officiate. There will be a procession to Our Lady of Hope Cemetery where there will be a committal service including Military Honors to be presented by the Downriver Veterans Honor Guard. Memorial contributions to honor Joseph's life may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
