Joseph Anthony Reoli, 78, of Finksburg, Maryland, passed away peacefully on July 7, 2025.

Born on November 11, 1946, in Connellsville, Pennsylvania, Joe grew up in the close-knit communities of Star Junction and Perryopolis, PA. He graduated from Frazier High School in 1964 and proudly served his country in the United States Air Force from 1964 to 1968, including a tour in Vietnam.

After his military service, Joe earned his degree from the Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics (PIA), and then joined the D.C. Air National Guard, where he served with distinction in Detachment 1. He retired in 1992 as a Master Sergeant. During those years, he lived in Forest Heights, Maryland, and worked at Andrews Air Force Base until 1985. He worked for Westinghouse, Northrop Grumman, and General Dynamics until his retirement in 2009.

In 1969, Joe married the love of his life, Lili Lee Miller, with whom he shared 56 years of marriage rooted in devotion and companionship. They Together, made a life filled with love, laughter, and quiet joy at their home, fondly named "Nary-A-Care," where they spent their retirement taking care of their many gardens, watching wildlife, and enjoying the pond and each other's company. Their favorite song was "Stay in My Corner" by The Dells, a perfect reflection of their bond.

Joe was preceded in death by his beloved son, Craig Anthony Reoli, and his parents, Joseph Reoli and Concepcion Lozano Reoli.

He is survived by his devoted wife Lili Reoli; daughter Lori Sichi Long and son-in-law Bruce Long; grandchildren Carly Long, Kendyll Carroll, and Cameron Reoli; and nine cherished great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters Cheryll Field, Sheila Reoli, and Renee Reoli; his beloved Uncle Raymond and Aunt Teresa Lozano, Nephew Mark Field and Afsheen Andalib, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Joe and Lili were both always very fond and grateful of their relationship with a special neighbors of 40 years, Joe Rouchard and family.

Joe's life was a testament to quiet strength, deep loyalty, and unconditional love for his wife, Lili, and family. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

The family will receive friends for visitation from 2:00 to 3:00 at the Eline Funeral Home at 2901 Bloom Road Finksburg, MD 21048. Funeral Services will begin with the American Legion Post 31 at 3:00pm and will be officiated by Deacon Joseph Cinquino. Light refreshments will be served following the service in the adjoining reception room at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Joey's honor to the Humane Society of Carroll County: 2517 Littlestown Pike Westminster, MD 21158, an organization close to his heart.
