Joseph Salvatore Obituary

Born in Trenton, New Jersey, Joe was a lifelong resident of the area and a proud graduate of Hamilton High School West, Class of 1986. He dedicated 25 years of service to the New Jersey Department of Corrections, retiring with honor. A committed volunteer, Joe served many years with the Nottingham Fire Station, where his selflessness and camaraderie left a lasting impact.
Joe found joy in life's simple pleasures: cooking hearty meals, fishing, hunting, and riding his beloved Harley-Davidson motorcycle. He cherished trips to the beach and was a passionate New York Yankees fan, never missing a chance to cheer for his team. Above all, Joe's heart belonged to his family. His warm, generous spirit touched everyone who knew him, making him a man who was truly loved and admired.
He is survived by his father, Joseph Salvatore (Carmen); his mother, Joan Meseroll; his daughters, Nicole Salvatore-McGinley (Dominic) and Gabrielle Salvatore; his sister, Jennifer Salvatore; his granddaughter, Gloria McGinley; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends who will carry his memory forward.
A gathering to celebrate Joe's life will be held on Friday, August 15, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Buklad-Merlino Yardville Memorial Home, 30 Yardville-Allentown Road, Yardville, NJ.
A prayer service will follow at 6:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Joe's memory may be made to the Nottingham Fire Station or a charity of your choice.

I couldn't have had a better best friend to grow up with than Joey Salvatore! I just can't believe that he is on his way to heaven so soon! I will never forget you, my friend, EVER!
