Joseph Thomas Obituary
Born in Malvern, Joseph was the son of the late Victor and Helen (Young) Thomas. He was the husband of the late Rebecca (Graul) Thomas, who passed away in 2011.
Joseph had previously been self-employed as a plastering contractor. He owned racehorses, liked flying planes, and loved watching NASCAR.
Joseph is survived by his daughter: Rene T. Schnatz (Michael) of West Chester; daughter-in-law: Donna Thomas; grandchildren: Melanie Berman (David), Lauren Weinblatt (Richard), Justin Thomas (Nikki), and Brent Thomas; great grandchildren: Ava Berman, Lila Berman, Genevieve Berman, Brielle Weinblatt, Asher Weinblatt, Madison Thomas, Mackenzie Thomas, and Aubrey Thomas.
In addition to his wife and parents, Joseph was preceded in death by his son: Keith Thomas; sister: Jane Beaupre.
A viewing will be held on Friday, September 12, 2025 from 2-2:30 PM at James J. Terry Funeral Home: 736 E. Lancaster Ave., Downingtown, PA 19335. A funeral service will be held at 2:45 PM at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery, West Chester.
Memorial contributions in Joseph's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Paws for People.
