Joseph Vincent Toner, Jr., a cherished son of Stamford, Connecticut born on September 11, 1948, passed away on November 6, 2025, in Bolivia, North Carolina. He leaves behind a legacy of dedication, friendship, and love that will be remembered by all who had the privilege to know him.

Joseph was an accomplished Project Manager in the construction industry, where his expertise and leadership inspired those around him and contributed to many successful projects. His work was more than a career; it was a testament to his commitment to excellence and his ability to bring people together to create something wonderful.

Beyond his professional life, Joseph was a man of varied passions. He found joy in the game of golf, where he spent countless hours perfecting his swing and forging lifelong friendships on the fairways. In the kitchen, his culinary skills delighted friends and family as he prepared meals with the same care and precision he brought to his work.

A proud alumnus of the University of Mexico and the University of Colorado, Joseph valued education and the pursuit of knowledge. His faith was an integral part of his life, and he was a devoted member of the Catholic community, finding strength and guidance in his spirituality.
