Joseph graduated from Bartlesville High School in 2003, while in high school he was in the school band. He loved online gaming and watching movies. He will be remembered as a sweet and gentle giant.
Joseph was preceded in death by his mother, Novelia Tooley; uncles, Rick Dempsey and John Dempsey; grandpa, Lloyd Dembsey; cousin, David Garaventa; and grandparents, Shirley Moore and Joseph Tooley.
Joseph is survived by his father, Joseph Tooley Jr; two step brothers, Brian Butler and Bobby Anderson; one niece, Jaylyne; uncles, David Tooley and wife Lois, Kevin Dempsey and Ron Dempsey and wife LaDonna; aunt, Diana Garaventa and husband Garry Trail; cousin, Daniel Garaventa and wife Nancy; and longtime family friends, Robert Postlewait and wife Brenda and Drew and Dafah Smith and family Ava, Clara, and Colson; and a host of cousins and friends.
