Joseph Wells Obituary
A memorial service for Joseph Wells, 42, of Sterlington, LA, will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at The Assembly in West Monroe, with Rev. Christopher Miller officiating.
Mr. Wells was born on November 22, 1982, and passed away on September 27, 2025, in Monroe, LA. He was a member of The Assembly, GF Team, Pinnacle Martial Arts, and Twin City Tattoo.
Joseph started martial arts at age 7, which grew into a career in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He was a wonderful coach, mentor and friend. Joseph was also a tattoo artist for 20 years. Above all else, he loved God, and his family. His legacy is loving others.
Joseph was preceded in death by his father, Augusta Wells.
Survivors include his wife, Kelley Wells; former wife and mother of their children, Heather Wells; daughters, Katelyn and Rayleigh Wells; grandson, Kacey Eppinette; mother, Joan Hurst; and brothers, Nathan Bounds, Dale Wells, Donald Wells and Daniel Wells.
