Josephine Wojack, age 91, of Castle Rock, Colorado passed away in 2025. She was born in 1934 in Minnesota, the daughter of Paul and Stella (Sularz) Brozak.
Josephine was a kind and generous woman with the gift of faith. She married the love of her life, Eddie Wojack, and embraced the adventure of being an Air Force wife. She was a devoted mother to six children, a grandmother, a great-grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend.
Known for her gift of hospitality, Josephine was always ready to help others. She loved sharing our swimming pool with family and friends, creating lasting memories together. An amazing baker and cook, she once sold her Texas sheet cake brownies at a church auction for an impressive $2000! California held a special place in her heart, and she cried every time she arrived and left. Jo took great joy in her work at the Boeing company, proudly singing - if slightly off-key - "B-O-E-I-N-G that's the company!"
Now working in God's kitchen!
A funeral mass will occur Thursday, April 24, 2025 at 1:00 PM at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Parish, 7916 1st Ave NW, Seattle, Washington 98117. A rite of committal will occur Friday, April 25, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Holyrood Cemetery, 205 N 205th St, Shoreline, Washington 98155.
Josephine loved The Salvation Army and said that they saved her and her family many times. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the local branch of The Salvation Army.
