Nancy Aubin Wojack, 76, passed away June 9, 2024.
A native of New London, Connecticut, daughter of the late Napolean and Simone LaVoie Aubin, Nancy was a dedicated nurse, mother and wife, working in a variety of settings including hospice, Alzheimer's and long-term care. She loved her family and volunteered at her church in various ministries throughout her life. One of her favorite Bible verses was Ephesians 4:32 and be ye kind one to another tender hearted, forgiving one another even as God for Christs sake hath forgiven you.
Surviving are her husband, David Chester Wojack of the home; one son, David Thomas Wojack (Susanna) of Greer, South Carolina; one daughter, Rebecca Kirkwood of Greer, South Carolina; two brothers, Carl Wagner (Collen) of Watertown, Connecticut and Kenny Wagner of Florida; two sisters, Kathleen Burton of Torrington, Connecticut and Marlene Hibbard (Robert) of Lynchburg, Virginia; and six grandchildren, Abigail Rogers (Ryan), Zachary Kirkwood (Kaley), Annsley Kirkwood, Thomas Wojack (Lauren), Emily Wojack, and Jared Wojack.
Mrs. Wojack was predeceased by two brothers, Robert Aubin and Alvin Wagner; and three sisters, Lillian Marzano, Helen Zink, and Michelle Wagner.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, June 15, 2024, at The Wood Mortuary Chapel with webcasting available conducted by Rev. Tim Huckaby. Burial will follow in Wood Memorial Park.
Visitation will be held 12:30-1:45 p.m. Saturday, June 15, 2024, at The Wood Mortuary.
The family will be at the home.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 123 West Antrim Drive, Greenville, South Carolina 29607.
