Joshua Lee Lassetter

Joshua Lee Lassetter was born December 1, 2000, and unexpectedly passed away on September 30, 2025, at the age of 24. He was the cherished son of Johnny Lassetter, Corrine

Tillery, Shannon Davis and Michael Needham; the beloved brother of Jonathan and Chloe Lassetter. Joshua was the treasured grandson of Sheron Layer O'Brien, Gary and Wanda Lassetter, and the nephew of Sean Layer, Aaron and Lisa Layer, Herbert and Dallas Davis- McDonald, Gary Lassetter and Sherrie Nickles; also leaving behind numerous cousins.

He was the loving father of Olivia Lassetter (8), Phoenix Lassetter (5), and Evelyn-Jo Zaragoza (1), who were the light of his life and his most cherished blessings.

From the moment he entered this world, Joshua brought joy, light, and warmth to everyone

around him. He was a beloved son, brother, father, and friend whose presence filled life with laughter and a beautiful kind of chaos - spontaneous moments that left lasting memories. Though his time on earth was far too short, the impact of his love, kindness, and unique spirit will forever remain in the hearts of those he touched.

Josh was known for wild free spirit and his love of Christ. He believed in grace, forgiveness, and second chances - always willing to see the good in others and offer a helping hand without judgment. His loyalty ran deep, and his laughter and smile had a way of lifting even the heaviest of hearts. He carried a vibrant spirit that will surely be missed. Josh was a loving and devoted father who cared deeply for his three beautiful children. His heart's greatest desire was to give them the best life possible and to see them grow surrounded by love and happiness. Though life brought challenges that sometimes made it hard for him to be as present as he wished, his love for his children never faltered. He carried them in his heart always, and his hope for their future was filled with pride, faith, and endless love.

While we grieve deeply, we find comfort in knowing that Joshua is now resting in the loving arms of our Heavenly Father - free from pain and surrounded by peace. His faith carried him through many storms, and we take solace knowing he is home at last, whole and restored. He was deeply loved, endlessly forgiving, and will be forever missed.
