Joshua Paul Lawson

Joshua Paul Lawson, 35 of Marianna, Florida, formerly of Fountain, passed away on Monday September 22, 2025 He was born in Akron, Ohio on July 6, 1990, and grew up on a farm with his parents Mike and Kathy Lawson, and his older sister, Amanda Lawson Cullen. Joshua was a graduate of the welding program at Tom P. Haney Technical High School in Panama City. He was a lifelong lover of music and learned to play the trumpet, the guitar, and the bass guitar. He also enjoyed learning about and fixing mechanical issues, playing video games, and shooting guns recreationally. He is survived by his parents, his sister, and his two children Kiaya Marie and Vincent Paul Lawson. Joshua loved his children above everything else and would consider them his greatest achievement and legacy. Joshua is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, including his two best friends Robert "Dillon" Nichols and Christopher Bell. A Celebration of Life for Joshua will be 3:00 P.M. (CDT), Saturday, September 27, 2025, in the chapel of James & Lipford Funeral Home of Graceville, Florida. A reception at the home of his parents Michael and Kathy will follow the service.
