It is with heavy hearts that the family of Joshua Gerard McCann, announces his passing on May 4, 2025 at the age of 46. Joshua lived with his family in LaGrange, TX.
To sum up the legacy Joshua leaves is to be seen in the lives he has touched. His life was lived with character, integrity, determination, humility, loyalty, service, humor, love and honor. His love of God, country and his family were ever present.
Born December 30, 1978, in Houston, Texas. He graduated from Klein High School and went on to serve his country in the Army, as a police officer, Klein volunteer fire fighter, entrepreneur and accomplished many other notable levels of achievement throughout his life. Being a committed husband, father, and friend was most important of all.
Joshua is survived by his wife Jana McCann of 18 years. Daughters; Mille (15) and Josie (14) McCann. Parents; Gerard and Sandra McCann. Sisters; Nichole and Patty. Brothers; Matthew, John-Russell and Luke. Aunts, Uncles, cousins, extended family and friends that will forever be a part of his life.
A funeral service is scheduled for Monday, May 19th, at 1:15pm. Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Dr., Houston. TX 77038. Pastor Tyler Hagan of Hope City Church will officiate.
