Joshua Brent Snider, age 33, of Aurora, Missouri, passed away at 11:24 p.m. on Sunday, March 30, 2025, in Aurora, Missouri. He was born August 29, 1991, in Springfield, Missouri, the son of David and Patricia (Ohler) Snider.
Josh was a 2010 graduate of Aurora High School. Josh was a lineman by trade and worked for Ozark Electric out of their Cape Fair office. Josh lived every moment of his life to the fullest, with no fear. He enjoyed being surrounded by family and friends, especially his two boys who he loved and cared for with every ounce of his heart. They were his world. He spent his whole life working on cars and motorcycles. He loved everything about mechanics. Josh enjoyed his career as a lineman and the many good friends that worked alongside him. His sense of humor was one of a kind and will never be forgotten. Josh will be deeply missed by all that touched his life.
Josh is survived by his father, David Snider, of Aurora, Missouri; his mother, Patti Ohler and her husband, Mike of Aurora, Missouri; two sons, Brently and Langston Snider; one brother, Jared Snider and his wife, Laura of Nixa, Missouri; one sister, Amber Hagewood and her husband, Andy of Clever, Missouri and several nieces and nephews.
A visitation will be held from 6:00–8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at Crafton-Cantrell Funeral Home in Aurora. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, in the funeral home chapel.
