Joshua Stevens Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Knight-Auchmoody Funeral Home on Feb. 5, 2026.
Joshua R. Stevens of Westtown, died tragically in an automobile accident on January 23, 2026. He was only 25 years old.

The son of Jason Stevens and Lauri Senegal, he was born on October 5, 2000 in Sacramento, California.

Josh worked as a Logistics Specialist at Mondelez International in Montgomery, NY, where he was known for his kind persona that showed in the warehouse as much as it did at home. Outside of work, Josh embraced life with enthusiasm and curiosity, always finding joy in the things he loved most.

An avid gamer, Josh's all-time favorite was Assassin's Creed, a passion that brought him countless hours of enjoyment. He also loved attending the Renaissance Fair, watching anime, and spending time paint balling with his brothers. In recent years, he had begun developing a love for cooking, enjoying the challenge of trying new recipes and expanding his skills in the kitchen.

Josh was described by his stepmother as a boy with the sweetest demeanor and enormous heart, as someone who always put others first, offering kindness and unwavering support to those around him. He especially cherished his role as an uncle and loved spending time with his nephew, Christian, who brought him immense joy and pride.

Josh was predeceased in life by both his paternal grandparents Barbara Gutierrez & Gordon Stevens Sr along with his maternal grandfather Dennis Kremer.

Beloved son of Jason Stevens (Stephanie) and Lauri Senegal (Jovonne). Dear brother of Matthew Lopez, Isabella Bravo, Jared Stevens, Lacy Stevens (Randy Diaz) and Jonathan Stevens. Cherished grandson of Linda McComb. Adored uncle of Christian Stevens.

A celebration of life will take place on Saturday February 7th 2:00PM at VFW Post 3175 - 1316 Route 6 Port Jervis NY 12771.

Final committal was at Warwick Valley Cemetery, Warwick NY.

Arrangements entrusted to the Knight - Auchmoody Funeral Home of Port Jervis, NY.
