Born November 19, 1985, in East Liverpool, he was the son of John Varner (Susan) of Wellsville and Valerie Walker Martin of Wintersville.
Josh attended East Liverpool High School and Jefferson County Vocational School. He was a veteran of the United States Marines Corps serving in Iraq.
He will be deeply missed by his brothers, Jon Varner (Shea) of Sylva, NC. And Scotty Martin of Steubenville; sister, Kirsten Martin of Steubenville; stepsister, Megan Dunlevy (Ryan); step father Scott Martin, maternal grandfather, John Walker (Carol) of Steubenville, maternal grandmother, Cher Kliner; step grandparents, Robert and Lois Blair; many uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
Josh was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Worthie and Jackie Varner and by his step grandfather, Eddie Kliner.
We'll celebrate Josh's life, Thursday, February 10, 2022, at Arner Funeral Chapel at 6:00PM. Friends may visit with his family two hours prior to his memorial service from 4:00PM-6:00PM.
