Joyce Julia Anderle, 99, Green Bay, passed away February 29, 2024, at a local nursing home. She was born December 19. 1924, in Niagara, WI, daughter of the late Frank and Grace (Gibbs) Kowalski. She married Irving Anderle on March 2, 1948, in Brown Point, IN, and he preceded her in death. Joyce was a lifetime member of St. Bernard Parish where she was a member of the Altar Rosary Society and Prayer group.

Joyce enjoyed sewing, cards, antique club, dancing, flower arranging, gardening, bowling, golfing, camping and traveling. Joyce was known for her famous Christmas Kolaches. She also enjoyed her morning coffee with her friends at McDonald's. She volunteered at St. Vincent DePaul and St. Bernard Parish.

Survivors include her 4 children: Barbara West, Phoenix, AZ; Susan (Patrick) Drossart, Green Bay; Paul (Judi) Anderle, Seymour, and Jill (Mark) LaFrombois, Green Bay; 11 grandchildren: Blake West, Kirk (Heather) Drossart, Dawn (Joe) Giesbers, Hope (Nada) Her, Erin (Kevin) Zimmer, Kristin (Ryan) Lillie, Ryan Anderle, Alison (Jim) Douville, Christopher (Megan Heim) LaFrombois, Jourdain (special friend-Lindsay) LaFrombois, and Michael LaFrombois; 17 great-grandchildren: Vivian West, Skylar, Kendall, and Paige Drossart, Joshua (special friend-Cheyanne) Giesbers, Alora (special friend, Ben) Giesbers, Kalista, Gavin and Levi Her, Owen, Ben and Jack Zimmer, Hayley, Caroline and Anneliese Lillie, Maximus and Emilia Douville; 1 great-great grandson, Edwin Geisbers; sister, Virginia Reagan; and brother-in-law, Vern Jesche.

In addition to her parents and husband, Joyce was preceded in death by her siblings: Betty (Tommy) Phillips, Francis (Lois) Kowalski, Robert (Barbara) Kowalski and Karen Jesche; son-in-law: Bill West and brother-in-law: Luke Reagan.

Family and friends may visit St. Bernard Catholic Church, 2040 Hillside Lane, Green Bay, on Saturday, March 9, 2024 from 11:00 a.m. until the hour of Mass at 12:30 p.m. with Fr. Adam Bradley officiating. Entombment will be in Allouez Mausoleum.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in her name.
