Joyce Atchison was born on February 25th, 1950 to Roy and Louise Musselman. Joyce left this word to be with the lord on June 21st, 2024 at the age of 74.
She spent early years in Bakersfield, graduating from North High School in the class of 1968. Joyce earned her associates degree in business from Porterville College, going on to work at Walmart Distribution Center in Porterville, where she made many life-long friends. Joyce retired from Walmart Dc after more than 30 years, and spent the rest of her time relaxing and enjoying life with her loved ones.
Joyce is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Louise; and her brothers, Ronald and Daniel. She is survived by her two daughters, Amber and Lura; her grandchildren, Taylor, Paige, and Cody; and 5 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at Myers Chapel on Thursday, September 5th, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. Interment to be private.
