Joyce entered into this life on July 12, 1936, to the late Roy and Estelle Webb Byars. She was a Clarksville High School graduate of the class of 1955. She was a sales associate for Sears and Roebuck Company for many years. She and her husband then became business owners of T-Shirts Plus in the late 1970's to the mid 1980's. She later became a sales associate at Belk Company.
She enjoyed traveling with her husband, but above all, she treasured her time with her family. Joyce was the center point of her family and always and forever a devoted wife and mother to her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, Carl L. Dunn; son, Michael Edward Principe; stepson, Steve Dunn.
She is survived by her children, Frank Principe (Bonnie) and Connie Broome (Tommy); stepsons, Kevin Dunn and Carl Dunn, Jr.; her grandchildren Scott Johnson (Barisa), Shane Principe, Rachel Principe (Justin), and Casey Frieler (Shawn); and her great-grandchildren, Aiden Blevins, Mason Johnson, and Enzo Deletis.
Grandchildren will serve as pallbearers.
The family would like to offer a special thanks to AseraCare Hospice and Amedisy Healthcare.
