Joyce Collins, age 99, of Sautee, passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.
Mrs. Collins was born on July 1, 1926, in Atlanta, Georgia, to the late Cecil W. Hester and Lou Ella Leonard Hester. She was a retired dental assistant, serving alongside her husband, Dr. Joseph Milton Collins, Sr. DDS. Joyce was of the Methodist faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Joseph Milton Collins, Sr.; and siblings, Cecil W. Hester, Jr. and an infant brother.
Survivors include her children, Diana Quinn (James), Celia Robinson (Don), Milton Collins (Debbie); beloved friend and companion for many years, Carl Kelley; 6 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, February 21, 2026, at Mountain View Park Cemetery in Marietta, Georgia.
