Joyce started out her life as a secretary. Not long after she learned of the airline industry and applied for a job with Allegheny Airlines. She was hired and she loved the job, traveling all over the world flying, meeting new people and she decided to make that her career. Joyce flew for a total of 52 years straight. She loved her job. She was born for it. She had a smile that she used to welcome everybody she met. It was a genuine smile. Joyce was always happy when meeting new people.
To say she will be missed is a huge understatement.
The burial will take place at 11am on Thursday 19th March at King's Mountain Preserve, 321 Indian Springs Rd; Blacksburg, SC 39702
Burial site is at Fern Ridge. Lot 13
