Joyce Harris Obituary
She was the beloved wife of John James Harris, who passed away in 2011. Through her husband's service in the United States Navy, Joyce was an active and dedicated member of the Gurtler Brothers VFW Post 420 Auxiliary, a role she valued deeply and through which she formed lasting friendships.
She was predeceased by her parents John and Anna, sister Eunice Harrington, brothers, Richard "Dick" Varney and Arnold Varney, and her daughter in law Jude Harris. Joyce is survived by her son, John James Harris of Schenectady, New York.
Known for her quiet strength, loyalty to family, and deep ties to her community, Joyce will be remembered with love by all who knew her.
Joyce will be laid to rest in the Ballston Spa Cemetery in the Spring.
