Joyce Ann Horsley, 66, of Bellefontaine, passed away at 4:10 p.m. on Friday, September 26, 2025, at her residence. She was born in Urbana, Ohio on December 17, 1958, to the late Rodney Joe and Mary Louise (Horne) Horsley.
Joyce is survived by her longtime companion, Jan “Stokey” Durr of Bellefontaine; brothers, Rodney Horsley of Russells Point, and David (Kari) Horsley of Urbana; sisters, Brenda Rogan of Bellefontaine, Christine Horsley of Bellefontaine, and Teresa Mathers of Bellefontaine; step-daughters, Charrice Fitzgerald, Floretha Jones, and Danicka Williams; nephews, David Williams, Joshua Anderson, and Brent Johnson; nieces, Keiona DySart, Dawnisha Williams, Brenda Johnson, Mary Lensman, Jayden Horsley, and Jessi Horsley; 9 great nieces, and 4 great nephews.
Along with her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by a niece, Rochelle Rogan.
Joyce enjoyed spending time with her family, listening to music, and collecting antiques. She was a dedicated fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes football team. Joyce will be remembered by all who knew and loved her.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, October 2, 2025, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Eichholtz & Daring Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 321 N. Main Street, Bellefontaine.
