She is lovingly remembered by her children: Stefanie Seufert of Chippewa, Pennsylvania; Leland (Jordan) Jones of Houston, Texas; and Patricia (Holly) Petraszko of Alexandria, Virginia. She was also a devoted grandmother to three cherished grandsons: Leland Jr., Elijah, and Isaiah.
Joyce dedicated her life to service, proudly serving as a sergeant in the United States Army. Her strength, kindness, and unwavering love for her family will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
