I miss Joyce's postings. Gone way too soon. I miss her. But, I know she is happy, well and at rest. RIP, Joyce.

The Hudson family were always our close neighbors and Jill was a very good friend and classmate so we all watched each other grow up together in the neighborhood. I'm remembering Joyce as being a fun loving, kind girl who loved to laugh. She also helped me try on shoes and work that metal foot sizing thingy at Carl's I had a wonderful conversation with her on Rio Grande campus many years ago.. I enjoyed talking and catching up with her that day. She was ready and willing to help me with business there. I'm so sorry she has passed.. Sending love and heartfelt thoughts to her family and all who loved her Peggy Tope

So very sorry to hear of her passing. She was a sweet lady and always had a kind heart. I first knew her from the shoe store and then again when she was my neighbor on Fourth Avenue and lastly on Facebook. You will be missed by many Joy.

Joyce was a classmate of mine starting at Green Elementary School in Centenary in 1956 and continuing all the way through the Class of 1968 at Gallia Academy High School. Joyce and I rode on school bus #22 together every day between grades 1 thru 6.
She was a dear soul and will be missed by all.
