Joyce (Blanton) Patrick, 91, of Mason, OH, passed away peacefully Saturday, July 26th, 2025. Joyce was born March 17, 1934, as the 10th child of Gardner and Pattie Borders Blanton of Salyersville, KY. She was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Darrel Patrick, her siblings Stewart, Gladys, Roland, Raymond, Edith, Richmond, Russell, Wayne and Jim, and many nieces and nephews. As an employee of ARA Services, Joyce managed cafeterias at GE Aerospace and Cincinnati Electronics, both in Evendale, OH, until her retirement in 1988. She is survived by her son, Keith Patrick, of West Chester, OH, and many grand- and great-grand nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Tuesday, Aug. 5th, 2025 from 10:30am to 12:00pm at Hodapp Funeral Home West Chester located at 8815 Cincinnati Columbus Rd., West Chester, OH 45069 with a brief service immediately following. Interment will be at Rest Haven Memorial Park, 10209 Plainfield Rd., Blue Ash, OH 45241.
The family has requested memorial gifts in Joyce’s memory be directed to Hospice of Cincinnati, P.O. Box 633597, Cincinnati, OH 45263-3597 or at https://hospiceofcincinnati.org.
